The evolution of radio-controlled (RC) aerobatics began many decades ago but has really taken off (pun intended) in the 21st century as technological advancements have grown exponentially.

The skill involved in designing, building, and flying these aircraft is truly impressive. Seeing these planes fly is a genuinely awe-inspiring experience that needs to be seen to be believed. Because of the designs and the performance, it can even be quite difficult at times to discern these smaller-sized aircraft from their full-size counterparts.

At the Moses Lake Airshow, we wanted to step up our investment into this existing branch of aviation. So heading into our 2023 event, we partnered with Advanced Excavation and Inland Tarp & Liner to build an official staging area and runway specifically for an RC Demonstration.
