Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NEESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

  1. Eligibility Free flight for Dad – Moses Lake Airshow Father’s Day Contest (the “Contest”) is open to anyone, but winners must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Employees of the Moses Lake Airshow and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.  The contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  2. Sponsor The contest is sponsored by Moses Lake Airshow, located at 7810 Andrews St. NE, Moses Lake, Washington 98337.
  3. Agreement to Official Rules Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
  4. Contest Period The Contest begins at midnight Pacific time May 05, 2023, and ends at midnight Pacific June 05, 2023 (” Contest Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Contest using the following method: Online only
  5. How to Enter Online using a QR code: This method of entry will be available at various Pepsi displays in Central Washington, Airshow posters, and social media promotions.moseslakeairshow.com : Fill out contest form on the Moses Lake Airshow website. Limit on (1) entry per person for their Dad.  Each entry requires: A. Name of entrant, a valid email address, home zip code, and phone number. B. Name of Dad. 
  6. Prize Drawing On or about June 6, 2023, the Sponsor will select potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depends on the number of entries received.  The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner(s) via telephone, email, and text message June 07, 2023. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours, the Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.
  7. Winner Notification Once contacted each potential winning Dad will be required to complete, electronically sign, and submit a Liability Waiver and Declaration of good health to claim his prize of riding in one of the Airshow’s performing planes. If a potential winner fails to submit the Liability Waiver and Declaration of good health, he forfeits his prize.
  8. General Conditions and Right to Terminate In the event the administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason and/or the airshow is unable to offer the grand prizes due to aircraft failure, weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the Sponsor at its sole discretion may terminate the promotional guest flights being offered as prizes.
  9. Release and Limitations of Liability By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and each of the subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and other companies associated with the Contest, the Moses Lake Airshow and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and organizers from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of an awarded prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the contest, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees.
  10. Disputes Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that all disputes, claims and causes of action with the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually. Without resort to any form of class action and be adjudicated by the appropriate court located in Washington State.
  11. Privacy Information collected from entrants may be used to contact entrants regarding: A. Notification of contest winners B. Provide entrants information about the Moses Lake Airshow promotions, performers, and future ticket sales.
  12. Health Winners of rides must be in good physical health and sign a liability waiver before their flight.
