Food Truck/ Vendor Terms and Application

Thank you for your interest in providing food services to the Moses Lake Airshow. Please review the following information carefully and complete the Food Vendor application in its entirety. All information is required unless otherwise specified.

Vendor Requirements

Complete Vendor Information
Select required space for operation
Acknowledge and agree to Port of Moses security deposit
Acknowledge and honor beverage agreement
Provide proof of required State and County permits, and insurance
Agree to adhere to all Federal/State/County/Airshow guidelines in place at the time of the show.

Airshow Provides

Space as indicated on the vendor application
110-Volt power where appropriate (personal generators are not permitted)
Access to water and restrooms
Garbage cans with regular pick-up and disposal (please utilize and help us maintain a clean and sanitary environment)

Operational Requirements

Truck or stand up to 24 feet long = $900.00All operations over 24 feet long = $1200.00

Refundable Security Deposit

*PLEASE NOTE: Due to past vendors leaving trash and used equipment on the runways, a refundable security deposit of $500.00 is required.
I understand and agree to the pay The Port of Moses Lake a refundable security deposit of $500.00.

Volunteer Support Coupons and Rebate - Optional

Airshow Volunteers receive daily coupons for 1 free entree and 1 free beverage. If you agree to accept our Volunteer Coupons, will mail a $400.00 rebate in addition to your refundable security deposit. Upon check-in, vendors will be provided a sign indicating they accept Volunteer Coupons. Save the coupons you honored and give them to us as you check out on the last day of the Airshow.
I agree to accept Volunteer Coupons in accordance with the conditions listed above.

Beverage Agreement

The Moses Lake Airshow has an exclusive non-alcoholic beverage agreement with Swire Coca-Cola, USA ("Coca-Cola"). All food trucks and vendors are required to only offer Coca-Cola beverages for sale at the Airshow.
NOTE: The vendor must establish an account directly from Swire Coca-Cola by June 1, 2022 to facilitate resale at the Airshow. Only Coca-Cola beverage products purchased from Sire Coca-Cola on site will be allowed.

Grant County Permits and Licenses

Grant County Requirements:

All Food Vendors not currently registered with Grant County must obtain a Temporary Food License - English / Spanish
All temporary food vendors must obtain a Grant County Health Department permit. Permit cost varies according to the risk of your food preparation, but should not exceed $125.00

All food handlers (booth or truck) must have a valid Washington State Food Handlers Card
Vendors maintain an annual $30.00 Peddlers/Solicitors/Hawkers License

I acknowledge all permits and licenses listed above are required for participation in the Moses Lake Airshow. It is my responsibility to obtain these permits and pay the associated fees which are in addition to the participation costs of the Moses Lake Airshow.

Covid Guidelines

I agree to follow all Federal/State/County/Airshow Covid guidelines in place at the time of the airshow

Documentation Acknowledgement

I agree to provide proof of insurance and copies of the above permits and licenses when checking in and before I will be allowed access to the Grant County International Airport for participation in the airshow.
